Since we partner with client personnel, their current organizational strengths and knowledge-base are put to best use and enhanced. In addition, we assist in identifying and developing new capabilities for leadership and competitive advantage. We work with clients to help them ask the right questions and use appropriate tools to develop the answer:

  • Do we want to play in a new market?

  • Where and why? To what extent do we want to play? 

  • Who else is there, how are they doing . and how are they doing it?

  • What are their strengths and weaknesses?

  • How will we measure success if we play? 

  • What and how long will it take for us to play? To play successfully? 

  • Will we need to play differently to achieve these new goals? 

  • How will we accomplish this? 

  • Can we benefit from outside expertise in answering these questions and achieving our goal?

  • How will Quill/AWA help us achieve our goals more effectively? 

  • P.S. Are we getting everything out of the markets we're already in?

We collaborate with client teams to develop solutions or action programs that fit their needs. Implementation planning is included as part of the solution development. Typically, we partner with clients and stay with them to add ideas and energy as they continue to develop and apply the data and skills to carry out their implementation successfully.
